Refunds
All Color Caravan products are custom printed and made just for you. Since we are unable to restock, resell, or exchange orders, all sales are final.
We always recommend ordering a test swatch to ensure you are happy with the color and texture of your selection.
In rare cases, if you receive a flawed or damaged item, please reach out via email, with clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly replace or refund it. Any returned material must be UNCUT to receive an exchange or refund.
For any order issues, contact us at hello@colorcaravan.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All orders are shipped ground. If you would like to expedite your shipment or ship internationally, please email hello@colorcaravan.com for a quote. We are happy to accommodate your shipping needs.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect with your email so we may resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Any returned product must be UNCUT to receive an exchange or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on products, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Since all products are made to order, Color Caravan cannot exchange items. If the item is flawed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to hello@colorcaravan.com with clear photos of the damage, and we will gladly refund or replace your order.
Flawed or Damage Refunds
If your order was flawed or damaged, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
Color Caravan is dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Color Caravan does not stock products. Each item is printed, and made specially for you.
Samples for wallpapers and textiles have a print time of 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 4-7 days for shipping.
Wallpapers including Pre-pasted Removable Smooth, Pre-pasted Removable Fibrous, Non-Pasted Durable Smooth, Non-Pasted Durable Suede, and Grasscloth wallpapers have a production time of 2-3 weeks plus shipping. Standard ground shipping times apply after production.
Fabric by the yard including Montgomery Linen, Linen Cotton Canvas, Cotton Sailcloth, Cotton Sateen, and Polyester Outdoor, have a production time of 2-3 weeks plus shipping. Standard ground shipping times apply after production.
Duvet Covers, Sheet Sets, and Pillow Shams have a production time of 10-20 business days. Standard ground shipping times apply after production. Please allow 3-5 weeks to receive your order.
Euro Shams, Square Throw Pillows, Lumbar Pillows, and Extra Long Lumbar Pillows have a production time of 5 weeks plus shipping.
