Nature’s Wonders
I was walking along a gorgeous sandy beach in Southern Belize when I spotted a tiny piece of dried coral buried in the sand.
I placed it in my pocket and didn’t realize until unpacking at home that I had unknowingly collected a treasure from the sea.
It’s curling surface and texture fascinated me, and I knew I had to create with it. I took out my block printing inks, rolled the surface, and stamped this little piece of coral onto my paper. I fell instantly in love.
